  • Do not clean your products with a carpet cleaning machine. Also, do the cleaning by installing the armchair cleaning apparatus of the vacuum cleaner.
  • It is recommended to clean easy stains with a soapy (hand soap is recommended) slightly damp cloth without putting too much pressure If the stains aren’t removed, please ask the dry-cleaning company to help.
  • You should remove the dust of the products before cleaning begins.
Do not dry the soaked product in direct sunlight.
  • Do not dry with devices such as irons, blow dryers.
  • Do the drying by waiting at room temperature.
  • Before cleaning, test the material you will use by rubbing it on the invisible side of the fabric in order to see the benefits and damage it will cause to the fabric and its texture.

  • Clean liquid stains on your products without losing time with a damp cloth without pressure.

  • Dry the wet products in a home environment. Do not dry them in direct sunlight.
  • Wooden pieces and materials in the products you purchase are dried. However, wood remains to be an alive material and undergoes dimensional change all the time. If the change caused by this situation does not hinder its use, it will not be deemed as a problem under warranty.
  • Wooden products may expand and collapse in extremely humid environments. Therefore, products should be kept at 40%-60% humidity rate.
